Ray’s Projects – London

Detached house for a London move

It was our pleasure to help make Sandy’s  London refurb a reality.

For Sandy’s big move, we were brought in early and tasked with refurbishing her new home to the highest standards. The work involved redecorating the outside, plastering (and plasterboards), building a pergola, bathroom wallpapering, plus various plumbing and timberworks.

When unforeseen problems struck, what could have been a house of horrors was rescued by Ray and the team. A burst bathroom pipe (nothing to do with us!) resulted in the hallway ceiling caving in. Nightmare! Luckily, we were there to stop the leak and had it repaired within days.

“Without the professional, calm and extremely competent expertise that Ray and his team represent, I would probably have had a breakdown by now,” Sandy says. “Within just over one week, the team had resolved all the issues, completed superb decorative works and went above and beyond to help me settle into my home.”

We’re delighted that Sandy has kept in touch for regular odd jobs, and in fact we’ve done two properties (and counting) for this valued client.

“Ray is hands on, involved and brilliantly knowledgeable in what he does. He is only interested in solutions rather than problems and I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough.”
